About the Candidate

I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a diverse range of experiences in the BPO industry. As a former Advisor II / Specialist line for a financial account at Concentrix and a Teammate for a food delivery blended account at TaskUs, I have developed strong customer service and problem-solving skills that have enabled me to provide excellent service to clients and customers. I am also a recipient of the Top Agent award for multiple quarters during my time at Concentrix San Lazaro.

In addition, my experience as a Match Operator for live sports match data input at Datacentric Corp. has honed my ability to work with data and perform accurate data entry. I am also an experienced Onboarding Assistant, having worked on a project-based basis for Channel Linx, where I assisted in organizing new hire documents and sending onboarding instructions.

I am currently an undergraduate student who stopped pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English degree from Philippine Women’s University, Manila.

I have participated in several professional development programs, including a Project/Business Proposal Defense where I served as a panel member and completed The Teacher’s Treasure Chest Course: A Gabay Guro Project.

In my spare time, I enjoy participating in public speaking contests such as “STAND & SPEAK UP”, where I have the opportunity to showcase my extemporaneous speaking skills. Additionally, I have experience as a varsity player in Futsal during my time at Philippine Women’s University. This experience has instilled in me the values of teamwork, perseverance, and dedication.
