Costing Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

● Costing analysis and data integrity

● Sales support & inventory administration

● Creation of complex but user friendly excel and or google sheets for the team to analyze large volumes of data exported from MRP and Sales platform with high accuracy

KEY TASKS

● Multi tiered sales and per volume costing analysis and google sheet creation

● Ownership & maintenance of all active SKU’s for the cost and sales price including quantity breaks within MRP (Unleashed)

● Detailed monthly reporting of storage costs of large numbers of SKU’s across multiple locations & per job cost trends and analysis

● Ownership of the non inventory customer products warehouse terms and reporting directly

to the customer and liaise with sales team each month

● Margin check and cost analysis for past, current and future jobs as required

● New product pricing and costing sheet creation

● Quarterly updates of sale and purchase price per warehouse location

● Inventory and administration daily tasks and Mondays boards status updates

● Spot checks on warehouse costs for customer print inventory customers

● New customer operational on boarding / data checks / freight cost checks / Data integrity

● Be able to cover the inventory sales admin and accounting functions when other team members are on leave

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience in the following systems is required:

● 3+ MRP, ERP or inventory management software experience in a similar role (Unleashed MRP

preferred but not essential)

● Have 5+ years of experience in inventory management, business administration or

accounting roles.

● An expert in Excel / Google Docs / GSuite

● Proven experience in inventory costing & data integrity

● Experience within warehousing & manufacturing with an understanding of bill of materials,

assemblies from a costing perspective

● Experience working remotely for a multinational company

● High level of English both written and spoken
