Job Description

Our dynamic digital marketing agency is seeking a creative, highly motivated content creator to produce compelling content for our portfolio of clients in the hospitality space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging social media content, posts, stories, reels, CTA, promotions, and campaigns on all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute content ideas aligned with our brand and goals.
  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure content consistency across various platforms and adapt content for different channels.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Continuously refine and improve content processes, suggesting new tools or strategies to enhance content creation efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility of the content.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility and reach.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ content to maintain a fresh perspective.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven 3+ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • 1+ years of experience using content calendar tools such as Sprout Social is an advantage.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with all social media platforms and have strong skills in creating reels / videos for Instagram / Tiktok, either using in-app editing, or another video editing software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must have basic experience with Canva or any graphic design software.
  • Must have experience/passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines
  • Can commit working during business hours in the GMT+12 time zone.
