What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced with Go-High-Level software (Min 2yrs experience)
- A proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of technical systems.
- Prior experience in technical support or related roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Patience and dedication to resolving customer issues.
- A team player who can also excel independently.
- Intermediate experience with Monday.com & project management
- You should be familiar with how the agency model works
- You must have a stable internet
