Talent Acquisition Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Talent Acquisition Specialist at Power Plus Systems, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talents in the states and internationally. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to facilitating their integration into the company. Your dedication to identifying suitable candidates for different positions will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to identify and evaluate the best candidates for a variety of roles.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
• Adept at asking insightful follow-up questions tailored to specific roles.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Mondays – Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm EST

RATE & SALARY RANGE: $7-8 / hour based on experience with a performance review scheduled after 90 days of employment. We believe in rewarding exceptional talents.
