I’m a multi-trained specialist with almost 5 years of experience in the Call Center Industry. I specialist in office administration, billing, order management, and customer service.

I obtained a degree in Aviation Engineering Major in Aircraft Maintenance Technology in 2023 and at the same time I started working a Customer Service Representative for a food delivery company in 2020. In my prior work experience, I worked as an Order Management Support for Apple where I assist customers with their shipping related concerns. I handle communication with the carriers like UPS, FedEx, and Uber to expedite delivery, track order status, and confirm shipment issues such as order return, refund, and replacement. I also contact customers through outbound call and email in cases of customer verification and order status confirmation. Then, I moved to Escalation Support role where I handle tickets for order refund and replacements using SAP. After almost 1 year of experience, I got promoted as a Provisional Team Manager handling 15 specialists where I handle day to day operations, coaching, and quality audits. My most recent role is a Billing Specialist for a US/CA company where I handle B2B utility bills and data entry.
