Job Title: Video Editor – Educational & Webinar Content

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team on a project-based basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing educational and webinar videos, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective content. The candidate should also have experience with lighting, filters, and other post-production techniques to enhance the overall quality of the videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for webinars, online courses, and other educational materials.
• Work closely with the content creation team to ensure videos align with our educational goals and brand standards.
• Optimize video lighting, color grading, and sound quality to ensure a professional final product.
• Apply appropriate filters and visual effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Manage video assets and ensure proper organization and storage.
• Collaborate with instructors and other team members to understand the content and make necessary edits.
• Deliver high-quality videos on time and within the scope of the project.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video editing and production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio of work in the educational, webinar, or online course space.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lighting, color correction, and audio enhancement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Familiarity with coaching or personal development content is a plus.
