Lead Generator

As a Lead Generator at Atlas Residential, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our real estate business by identifying and nurturing potential clients. You’ll be responsible for managing lead data, executing tasks assigned in Resimpli, and scheduling appointments with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead information, follow-ups, and appointment details in our CRM system (Resimpli).
• Email & Text Campaigns: Create and send personalized email and text campaigns to nurture leads and schedule appointments.
• Cold Calling: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to identify potential clients, qualify them, and schedule appointments.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments between homeowners and our home specialists, ensuring optimal scheduling for both parties.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze your performance metrics, including call volume, number of text sent, email response rates, and appointment scheduling success.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance your performance

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a contact center or similar role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Resimpli), Microsoft applications, and Google cloud-based tools.
• Computer specs of at least I3 and strong internet connection
• Ability to work 8am – 5pm EST
  

Pay & Benefits

• $7/ hour (Training period – 90 days paid for $6/hour)
