Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding and Data Specialist to manage a variety of ongoing tasks critical to our operations. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling data verification, client onboarding, and presentation preparation while working closely with our internal team. The ideal candidate must be adept at managing multiple platforms, including Apollo and Zapier, and be comfortable with real-time collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apollo and Zapier Setup and Maintenance: Manage and maintain automation and client onboarding systems, ensuring smooth workflow integration and functionality.
- Weekly Data Verification: Ensure accuracy across various data platforms, verifying that LinkedIn List Data, Apollo Sequence Data, and Tracker Spreadsheet Data are all aligned and up-to-date.
- Response and Sentiment Verification: Conduct weekly checks on client responses by reviewing inboxes, assessing sentiment accuracy, and ensuring no responses are missed.
- Slide deck Preparation for Client Review Calls: Create and prepare comprehensive slide decks for client review meetings, ensuring clear presentation of key insights and data. Examples and guidance will be provided via Loom video tutorials.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee and manage client onboarding processes, including Zoom participation during onboarding calls and ensuring timely setup and integration of tools like Apollo and Zapier.
- Client Roundup Meeting Participation: Join weekly or bi-weekly roundup meetings to stay aligned with the client’s progress and ensure seamless communication with internal and client-facing teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Apollo, Zapier, and data management systems
- Strong organizational and data verification skills with attention to detail
- Ability to create professional presentation slide decks
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting response sentiments and acting accordingly
- Must be available to work US business hours for collaboration on slide decks and onboarding tasks
- Experience with client onboarding processes and participation in client meetings
Compensation:
- Initial payment of $700 per month for 3 months probation with potential for growth based on performance.
