I am an excellent communicator and can easily convey my thoughts through communication. I’ve handled different accounts as a Customer Service and Sales Representative including Telecommunications, Food Delivery and Tax Firm accounts. I also do work on inbound/outbound calls, Cold calling, appointment setting, reporting, emails, and can manage data using spreadsheets. I have used different tools before such as Calendly, Google Tools, Microsoft Office, Teams, Atlas, Zendesk, Samson, Slack, CRM, Time Doctor.
