Part-time Digital Marketing Specialist

WE ARE SEEKING A PART-TIME DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST!

Job type: Part-Time (4hours/day | M-F)

Schedule: 9 AM – 1 PM EST

Rate: $8/hour (negotiable based on skills and experiences)

Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will begin by understanding the foundation of our operations through initial training as a telephone recruiter. You will then advance to spearhead our digital marketing efforts, utilizing various platforms to engage with and grow our audience. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our panel recruitment, developing B2B marketing strategies, and solving client challenges in participant recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Panel Engagement and Growth: Manage and expand our panel of study participants, using your skills to engage specific demographics like farmers, dentists in Detroit, or Tesla owners.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media: Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and video marketing to maximize engagement and audience growth. Your ability to create compelling content and manage strategic advertising will be key.
• Content Creation and Management: Regularly update our community through newsletters and Mailchimp and craft engaging visuals with Canva.
• Training and Development: Commit to continuous learning, including courses on Mailchimp, Canva, “Billy Gene is Marketing,” ChatGPT, and sales funnels.
• Influencer and Media Relations: Dedicate time each week to influencer outreach and securing podcast spots for our CEO to enhance our market presence.
• Help coordinate and set up webinars on LinkedIn

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in social media management and content creation.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing techniques and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with video and social media marketing is highly desirable.
