experience in collections and customer service roles, I have honed my
skills in financial conversations, and dispute resolution.
During my tenure at iQor in Dasmariñas, Philippines, I served as a
Collection Specialist for a telecommunications company based in the
USA. I excelled in engaging with clients to collect outstanding
balances, educate them on financial matters, and create payment
plans tailored to their needs. My ability to handle complex financial
conversations earned me a promotion to Resolution Specialist, where
I manage escalation calls involving contract disputes, large refunds,
credits, complaints, and even threats. This role required a high level
of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills, which I consistently
demonstrated.
