We are a Singapore-based company called Digiace Media. We are now looking 1 experienced Virtual Assistant for a Singaporean Real Estate Agent.

 

Job Opportunity: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Work Details:

• Full-Time Position

• Morning Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

• Assist Real Estate Agents with paperwork and administrative tasks

 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant

• Proficiency in Notion

• Excellent command of the English language

• Reliable backup internet connection

• Must be located in Metro Manila or in a Cities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM management

• Responding to emails

• Scheduling meetings

• Potentially making cold calls and following up with leads

• Handling paperwork, scheduling, and general administrative duties

 

Video Introduction Requirements (Minimum 5 minutes):

Answer the following questions clearly and thoroughly:

• Introduce yourself: Name, age, location, and work experience (especially as a Virtual Assistant or in real estate).
