About the Candidate

I’ve been working in both admin and accounting roles for the past several years, mostly supporting Australian and New Zealand-based businesses. Most recently, I worked part-time as an Executive Assistant for a fitness business in Australia, where I handled invoicing, payment reconciliation, client bookings, and responded to customer inquiries. I’ve also worked as an accountant for NZ firms through outsourcing companies like PBO Global and The Backroom. I prepared financial statements, GST, PAYE, and income tax returns, did bank reconciliations, and used Xero daily. Before that, I was in more admin-heavy roles—handling IRD mail, client onboarding, and setting up Xero files. I also have some background in loan processing and collections, which helped sharpen my attention to detail and communication skills. Over the years, I’ve become really comfortable with tools like Xero, SAP, Receipt Bank, and cloud-based systems, and I pick up new software quickly.
