My background includes working as a Customer Service Representative in several BPO companies such as AFNI, TTEC, and InTouch CX, supporting clients in telecom, healthcare, and home listing services. In these roles, I honed my communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills while delivering high-quality service to customers in fast-paced environments.
