About the Candidate

hello good day everyone! I’m Joemar Navarez I’ve been in BPO for more than 12 years, 9 year for on site setup and 4 yeas as a WFH setup, I’ve been with mix account like TECH SUPPORT, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, RETENTION, SALES REP, COLD CALLER, APPOINTMENT SETTER, and way back when I was working onsite 2019 I got promoted as a trainer in a BPO that I’ve been with then it didn’t last long since I move up as a apprentice team lead support, but since pandemic happen the company decided to stop the hiring for a while and I moved back as an agent since were locking of agent headcount to receive calls.
I’ve been in sales industry since I started work from home setup, first is real estate where in my role is a cold caller and were offering solar panels, then another sales as a inbound were in I’m getting calls from a customer who wants to buy Our product, another is Telco account where in I get a call form a customer who want to buy phones and phone services, another is cold caller as property buyer, I’ve been in banking account as a investigator for a dispute request and also another sale is for insurance we are offering insurance for retired citizens. these are all of my sales back ground.

being a trainer you need to make sure that you always updated when it comes to the product knowledge since you are the one who will cascade the update to your agent and also you need to make weekly report for the client about the status of the training if how the training goes, and always be open minded to receive feed back from everyone since you the trainer and its part of your daily doze of improvement and knowledge.
