We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Calling VA to call U.S. home sellers for our wholesaling business.

Ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience cold calling American home sellers

• Has experience in real estate wholesaling (preferred)

• Has used BatchLeads (preferred)

• Speaks fluent English with a clear and confident phone presence

• Can handle objections, build rapport, and identify motivated sellers

• Knows how to qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, condition, and asking price

• Can accurately update CRM notes and lead statuses

• Reliable, professional, and consistent

Your role:

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners

• Identify motivated sellers

• Gather property and seller information

• Mark warm leads and follow-up opportunities

• Keep clean notes and update the CRM properly

Note:
Candidates not just experience with cold calling but also experience on the technical side like skip tracing and launching campaign , CRM primarily used is GHL (for reference).
