Expertise in medical transcription, editing and QA with more than 20 years’ experience for American clients including physicians, surgeons, radiologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and dentists

C2 advanced/professional proficiency in the American English language, grammar and punctuations and medical terminologies

Can type 40 to 60 words per minute accurately on my personal laptop computer and produce approximately 50 to 75 lines per hour (transcribed, edited and proofread)

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Professional 2011 (Word & Excel), Infinity foot pedal, ExpressScribe, QuickLook drugs and Stedman’s abbreviations and medical words references

Has a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection up to 35 mbps at home

Can work independently or with a team to beat due dates and times through time management

Amply organized and can prioritize work delegations promptly and effectively

HIPAA-compliant and adheres to the confidentiality of protected health information

Fast learner and willing to be trained for further advancement of necessary work skills including electronic medical records
