This is Marietes Paliorena, although I also go by Mary, which is the name I use professionally. With nearly five years of experience in appointment setting, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.

Throughout my career, I have handled inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, live chat support, and appointment confirmations. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects. They have also helped me become highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven in fast-paced environments.

I worked with Synergy Health DPC for two years as a General Virtual Assistant, where I managed patient appointment scheduling, reviewed clinical records and prescriptions. Prior to that, I worked as a Sales Development Representative at National Power Rebates for one year. In this role, I worked closely with homeowners and customers to schedule appointments for HVAC services, including central heating and air conditioning installations. This position strengthened my sales, communication, and appointment-setting skills. Most recently was with Garden OB-GYN for three years as an Appointment Setter. My responsibilities extended beyond scheduling appointments. I reviewed clinical records, verified insurance information, assessed patient histories, and ensured that all patient information was accurate and up to date. This role required a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
