About the Candidate

I am Arnel, 32 years old. I have been in BPO industry for about 6 years, my first path of my career is data entry, since I have good typing proficiency it’s just an easy job, encoding data to the automated database to get the job done. Then I became a customer service representative, we handle long calls and chats to meet the customers needs and satisfaction. I have handled gaming account called Xbox, we technically do troubleshooting steps to solve and fix the consoles of our customers, we process orders and refunds, so there’s a lot. Then I experienced using Quickbooks, an accounting software. Basically, we were trained basic accounting since we assist customers using Quickbooks, we do remote session to troubleshoot as well and help the customers for installation and fixing the software. We also process orders and refunds of the product. It’s an all in one package support. So it’s rather very multitasking. I have also handled bank account in the US, where we help credit card concerns.
