Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hiring & Onboarding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring drivers via Indeed, communicating the company’s values to the applicants, and finding out if a driver is a good fit for the position by identifying their preferred schedules.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize Indeed to hire & onboard drivers (You will be using our company phone to reach out to applicants)
· Find drivers whose schedule align with the needs of the company
· Maintain office operations
· Communicating with our dispatch team to ensure that successfully onboarded drivers are given delivery opportunities
Requirements:
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Good work ethic
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Experience in using Indeed is a plus but not required
· At least 2 years’ experience in hiring & onboarding (non-negotiable)
