Remote Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain, and improve our Magento eCommerce platform, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

* Integrate and customize Odoo ERP (IS A MUST)system to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.

* Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

* Use AI generated code to enhance our platform.

* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance problems in both Magento and Odoo platforms.

* Assist with database design, optimization, and maintenance for the eCommerce platform and ERP system.

* Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and site updates.

* Continuously research new technologies and tools to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

* Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.

Essential Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

* At least 3 years of experience in Magento development, including expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* At least 2 years of experience in Odoo development(REQUIRED!!) with a strong understanding of Python and Odoo framework.

* Proven experience in integrating Magento with third-party APIs, services, and extensions(REQUIRED!!).

* Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational database management systems.

* Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

* Knowledge of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, and responsive design is a plus.
