Email Marketing Assistant

7 Notes is a music school in Frisco, Texas, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email marketing strategy and tactics, as well as experience with creating and managing effective email campaigns. This includes creating content, copywriting, designing graphics and layouts, segmenting lists, and tracking results. In addition, you should have experience with email marketing systems.

Create engaging content for email campaigns and newsletters.

Copywrite compelling emails to drive conversions

Design graphics and layouts for emails

Segment customer lists based on customer data and preferences

Track email performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, etc.

Monitor industry trends in email marketing.

Manage the scheduling of emails.

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email campaigns

Understand our brand and attention to design and detail.

Familiarity with various email marketing systems (MailChimp and Active Campaign)

Proficiency in Graphic Design such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Canva, etc.

At least one year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing role
