Account Product Manager with Website Builder Experience

We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys solving problems and building practical solutions for customers. Candidates should have a strong interest in technology, websites, e-commerce platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with website backends, CMS platforms, web builders, or software back-office systems
• Familiarity with website platforms and tools such as WordPress, Shopify,
• WooCommerce, Canva, CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or other web-based applications
• Experience using web builder tools or managing basic website updates is a plus
• Understanding of e-commerce website functions, product pages, orders, customer accounts, and online store management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new software products
• Experience in Account Management, Product Management, Customer Success, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or related roles is a plus
