Requirement:
- Hold a degree in Business or a related field
- Proven track record of thriving in remote work environments
- Proficiency in Xero, with Xero certification preferred
- Bring 2-3 years of valuable experience to the table
- Background in the art of Bookkeeping
- Dive into admin tasks such as quoting and seamlessly managing incoming admin and accounting communications
- Openness to learning new systems
- Experience in carrying out fundamental accounting and administrative duties efficiently
- Willingness to support the operations supervisor in month end tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Positive demeanor, willingness to tackle tasks, and a collaborative team player attitude
- Has own equipment – Laptop, Headphones
Additional details:
- Day shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time)
- Job Type: Full time

Hardware requirements:
- Fully functional headset and webcam
- Reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps
- Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
- Noise-free environment with no distractions or background noises
- Contingency plan if the power goes out or unstable internet connection during working hours
