Requirement:

  • Hold a degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven track record of thriving in remote work environments
  • Proficiency in Xero, with Xero certification preferred
  • Bring 2-3 years of valuable experience to the table
  • Background in the art of Bookkeeping
  • Dive into admin tasks such as quoting and seamlessly managing incoming admin and accounting communications
  • Openness to learning new systems
  • Experience in carrying out fundamental accounting and administrative duties efficiently
  • Willingness to support the operations supervisor in month end tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Positive demeanor, willingness to tackle tasks, and a collaborative team player attitude
  • Has own equipment – Laptop, Headphones
