Job Title: Airbnb Management Virtual Assistant & Personal Assistant

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time (Ireland time) 

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage Airbnb properties and provide executive support. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and experience working with the Airbnb platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Airbnb properties through the online platform (calendar management, bookings, guest communication, reviews, issue resolution). 
  • Oversee property management tasks such as coordinating cleanings, check-ins/outs, and maintenance schedules. 
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including emails, scheduling, and document organization. 
  • Act as a personal assistant to the executive, including online meeting coordination, reminders, and follow-ups. 
  • Provide support on other executive assistant tasks as needed. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Airbnb property management and familiarity with the Airbnb platform. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. 
  • Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles is a plus. 
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
