π Key Responsibilities:
- Daily account health monitoring and maintenance
- Listing creation, optimization, and keyword research
- Managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands)
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
- Managing customer messages and resolving negative feedback or A-to-Z claims
- FBA shipment creation and inventory management (restock planning, stranded inventory resolution)
- Competitor analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with suppliers on inventory timing (optional but preferred)
- Help in launching products
- Knowledge in Amazon Brand Registry ( but the the Trademark side will be handled separately by someone else)
- AI and tech savvy individual
β Basic Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (Private Label preferred)
- Proficient in listing optimization (titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ Content)
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA policies and best practices
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Available at least 20β30 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time based on performance)
β Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory, But a BIG Plus):
- Experience scaling a Private Label brand to 6-7 figures
- Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or ManageByStats, VOC AI, SmarScout, Data Dive, Amazon Product Opportunity Explorer
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC strategy, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Graphic design or Canva skills for A+ Content and storefronts
- Experience with Amazon Flat Files and troubleshooting suppressed listings
- Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Walmart Marketplace (bonus)
