Logistics company based in US is hiring claims specialist – to work from home.

This is permanent, full time position, and duties include: handling incoming claims calls and emails, recording and communicating accordingly in order to resolve issues with potential customers.

Taking necessary steps to mitigate loss, monitoring and updating the status of a file and communicating with the rest of the team.

Requirements: At least 2 yrs experience in CLAIMS , preferably in the logistics or furniture field, 3 yrs experience in BPO, good internet connection , able to work during US EST Business hours (Monday to Friday).

The starting pay is $4/hr , and training is paid and provided.
