Job Responsibilities:

• Collect detailed information from newly signed clients to support implementation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including conducting in-depth training sessions
• Serve as the point of contact between client and the technical team, relaying requests and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Proactively check in with clients to confirm active use of the system and address any questions or issues.
• Provide weekly reports to the team lead.
• Conduct refresher training for existing clients to maintain their engagement and success with the platform.

Minimum Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication abilities (C1 or higher) with a talent for simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience: Background in the IT industry, particularly in client onboarding and B2B interactions.
• Customer Focus: Positive and proactive attitude towards customers, colleagues and the company, with a genuine passion for the role and commitment to the company’s goals.
• Self-Motivation: High energy and self-driven, with a strong eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
• Professionalism: Consistently upholds high standards of professionalism and tact.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and task prioritization abilities, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
• Technical Familiarity: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud or similar system is a plus!
• Flexibility: Willingness to work within the Canadian time zone

Salary: $1000 – $1500/month

Work Setup: Permanent Remote
