Cold Caller

We looking for dedicated and experienced Cold Callers to be part of our Team. Our client offers the best lead generation services by providing accurate lead transfers converting to the clients. They are widely operating throughout California and some outside states in the US.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Will conduct cold calling and hardcore selling.

Working on an auto-dialer makes 80-100 phone calls per day.

Code responses and notes into dialer system interested, not interested, call back later etc.

Strong phone and conversational skills required.

Ability to follow a script and directions.

Ability to remain cool under pressure and gracefully handle irate prospects.

The right candidate will demonstrate persuasion and objection handling skills turning NO into yes.

REQUIREMENTS :

At least 6months experience with cold calling (preferably in Sales).

Excellent English communication skills. We need someone who can converse with a neutral accent.

Ability to learn new things on-the-go, develop an organized system to handle a high call-volume environment.

Ability to understand the consumers’ needs by using active listening.

Persuasion skills and an engaging personality.

Owned PC/Laptop with noise cancellation headset

At least 50-100mbps Stable Internet Connection.
