Cold Caller

Our company is looking for skilled cold caller to assist in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for prospecting potential leads, initiating cold calls, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Some key skills required for this role include:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation (must)
• Familiarity with real estate industry (must)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Schedule : 8AM-12PM PST / 3PM-7PM PST
• Salary: $3-$4 plus BONUS
• Knowledge in Skip Tracing is a plus

Own desktop computer/laptop

internet connection at least 25mbps

back up for power/internet outage
