Who we are:
Energy Stone, an established jewelry company since 1994, is seeking a Community Manager with Influencer/Affiliate marketing experience to join its dynamic e-commerce team.

Who we are looking for:
– Genuine and mature personality, a people person, one who sincerely cares for the well-being of our customers, affiliates, and their audiences
– High proficiency in written English and good command of the spoken language
– Strong communication skills and ability to build a repertoire with customers & community
– Strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in planning and building a community
– At least 3 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
– Former sales or customer services experience in an English-speaking environment
– Ability to build a social group and to generate interest in our brand on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik-tok and Pinterest
– Passionate and genuine interest in helping customers to solve their problems

Tasks:
– Build the influencer/affiliate community and communicate with their audience. The Manager will research and reach out to the influencers/affiliates and build a working relationship with them. We expect fast growth in our influencer network and the numbers will be tracked.
– Handle customer support and manage community communications on all our social channels and email.
– A good team player, who coordinates with the managing team and identifies growth opportunities for the management.
– Download Influencer/Affiliate content from Social Media and Email, then upload them on the respective Google Folders.
– Manage the Facebook Groups – We’d like to meet you if you are energetic, a fast learner, love what you do, and have an eye for detail.

Work hours: – Full-time (40 hours per week) – Remote/ Work from home in Canada daytime shift (EST 8am to 5pm)

Salary: US$800-$1200 per month
