The Role:
We are looking for a highly creative video editor and content creator who can take videos, reels, and clips for multiple social media platforms. This isn’t about pumping out one video per day—it’s about understanding branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit videos for Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Produce short-form content (shorts, reels, clips) that resonates with audiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand each client’s brand and messaging.
  • Maintain high-quality output with creative storytelling in every video.
  • Stay updated on trends across multiple social media platforms.
  • Grow with the company; one editor initially, aiming to expand to a team of 5.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio of social media content, reels, or short-form videos.
  • Proficiency with multiple platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube. The more you know, the better.
  • Ability to work independently—if you have 10+ years of experience, you don’t need hand-holding.
  • Full-time commitment (8 hours/day).
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles, not just technical editing.
  • Creative mindset with a hustle mentality—we value initiative, ideas, and experimentation.
