We are looking for another Customer Support Representative (Partner Placement) to join our company.

CAD 6 per hour (paid every 15th and last day of month)

You daily task may include:
• 150+ outbound calls a day
• Video Screen Share Presentations
• Handle Tickets
• Solving and answering queries of our partners
• General Administration Work
• Part of “On Call” After Hours Rotation

Must have:
• A proven track record in customer service (team lead experience is an advantage)
• 9 out of 10 English written and spoken
• the ability to answer calls after hours when scheduled
• Have a USB microphone headset, Computer with 4 GB of ram & a good webcam, Internet that is fast
• Quiet place to work at home without being interrupted.
• Able to work 8 am to 4:30 pm MDT – Monday to Friday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain a high level of energy.
• Must be willing to put in the extra hard work to get the result.
• Familiarization with Google programs (sheets, drive, Gmail, etc) is an asset.

What would help you succeed:
• Having 2-4 years in the related job role, such as customer service and/or sales
• 1-2 years experience with vetting and hiring high-level positions
• High Level of Negotiation skills
• Task focused and able to hit deadlines
• Intelligent and quick thinker with problem-solving
• High level of reading and writing skills
• Organized and prioritized
• Drive to go above and beyond and do whatever it takes
