We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist with experience using Follow Up Boss to manage, update, and maintain accurate data within our systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting sales and operations teams, and optimizing CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems, particularly Follow Up Boss
  • Manage and organize contact databases, leads, and client information
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all records
  • Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks
  • Import/export data and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist with lead tracking, tagging, and pipeline updates
  • Coordinate with sales or recruitment teams to ensure timely data updates
  • Generate basic reports and insights from CRM data

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss (required or preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong communication skills
