Job Description:
We are seeking a Dialler Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our phone system and optimize campaign strategies in our call centre. In this role, you will ensure adherence to compliance guidelines during outbound campaigns and utilise cutting-edge technology to achieve penetration goals. You will also be tasked with maintaining staffing levels, analyzing dialer output data, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
🎯Manage the daily operations of the phone system, including list management and adherence tracking.
🎯Plan and schedule short and long-term staffing in the call centre to ensure adequate coverage.
🎯Provide compliance guidance for outbound campaigns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as DNC, TCPA, GDPR, and FDCPA.
🎯Oversee all aspects of campaign management and strategy, utilizing technology to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance.
🎯Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing of data, and ensure outbound dialer activity is documented.
🎯Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues, and run payment reports regularly.
🎯Create and update dialling campaigns filter, list strategies, and reports as needed.
🎯Monitor and adjust the performance of the dialer systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
🎯Manage the call centre technology platform, including conversational IVR, cloud-based contact centre solutions, and workforce management tools.
🎯Ensure team member schedules are optimized to support expected call volumes and contact types.
🎯Configure new campaigns, including creation, user profiles, worksheets, and other relevant components.
🎯Support various contact types, including Independent Business (Result of OB call), Outbound (OB), Auto Dial, and SMS communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅Proven experience in dialler operations management, preferably in a call centre environment.
✅Strong understanding of compliance regulations such as DNC, TCPA, GDPR, FDCPA, and others.
✅Proficiency in using dialer systems and technology to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
✅Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
✅Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
✅Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
