About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing our email marketing initiatives, designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness to enhance our market reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates, dark mode optimization, and similar.
• Set up our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Set up automated flows for email newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage email databases for lead generation.
• Track and report on email campaign results.

Requirements:

• Proven and documented success as an Email Marketing Specialist.
• Proficient in email marketing tools like ConvertKit.
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic design skills and proficiency with Canva/Adobe.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to overlap with Central European business hours.
• Basic Canva Proficiency.
