FEMALE Recruiter

We are seeking a FEMALE Recruiter

– Work from home position

– The job will be mostly “calls”. You will be reaching out to Owner Operators (truck drivers) who expressed their interest in our Indeed Job Ads and wanted to join C5. Meaning, you will be calling warm to hot leads. This is NOT a cold calling position.

– We need someone who has outstanding English communication skills

We are a growing company and looking for the right person. We have over 80 units in our fleet and adding more weekly.

– Client is in Wisconsin

– Industry: Logistics (Expedited shipping services)

– Work days: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST

RATE:

– Base pay -$3 per hour

– Bonus for 1st to 4th recruit – $100 per recruited Owner Operator

– Bonus for 5th recruit – $250

– Bonus for 6th recruit onwards – $100 per recruited Owner Operator

– Additional $100 for every recruited Owner operator who chose to rent a vehicle with our partner company

– ***Counting of recruits is on a monthly basis. The numbers will reset back to zero in the next month or cycle

– Bi-monthly payout via Deel

– System requirements: Core i5 or higher (or AMD equivalent) at least 8GB RAM (recommended is 16GB)

– MacBooks are allowed – 2013 models or higher

– Additional devices: Headset with mic, Decent camera (required for interviews and occasional company meetings)

Once hired, you will sign a contract DIRECTLY with the client and you will also get paid by the client. Contract and payments are via Deel.
