Job Description:

As a Foreclosure Researcher, you’ll confirm ownership, assess property value, examine ownership history, find heirs if the owner has passed, analyze outstanding debts, and review legal documents to determine the foreclosure status if they have surplus funds. Additionally, you’ll research county and state records for property liens, judgments, and identify unique case details. You’ll also determine the mortgage status (settled, released, or active).

Responsibilities:

As a Foreclosure Researcher, your responsibilities are to verify property ownership, determine property value and ownership details, evaluate outstanding debts, examine legal documents, search for any settlement notices, investigate property liens and judgments, identify unusual or critical information in case files, check for probate proceedings in the case of deceased owners, and determine the status of any related mortgages. Your keen eye and analytical skills will help provide a comprehensive understanding of each property’s situation and value.

US EST time 1pm to 7pm Monday to Friday Sat-Sun OFF

Salary: $5 USD per hour ( can be higher if you have the qualification)

Payment: Every other Friday
