Full-time Intake Specialist

DUTIES:

Call clients who previously contacted the law firm for Lemon Law services.

Minimum of 70 outbound calls per day (including voicemails).

Screen calls in order to detect potential candidates for the firm.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH.

Exceptional attention to detail.

At least 1 year of intake or sales experience (experience working at a Law firm for Lemon Law services is a plus!)

Will be gathering supporting documents from prospective clients for case review.

Will be selling attorney services to qualified clients.

Must have your own desktop/laptop and a USB noise canceling headset.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace.

Willing to be trained.
