Position Type: Part-time and Full-time

𝗪𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 20 hours to begin, US Hours⁣⁣

⁣𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:  ⁣

As a GHL & Wordpress Specialist, your role involves:⁣

– Efficiently managing and accurately resolving client support tickets.⁣

– Configuring and optimizing GoHighLevel systems and workflow automations.⁣

– Troubleshooting and resolving issues within Wordpress & GoHighLevel platforms.⁣

– Engaging directly with stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of issues.⁣

– Guiding clients through GHL automations and clarifying project deliverables.⁣

⁣

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣

– At least 2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and Wordpress back-end.⁣

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for liaising with US-based clients.⁣

– Proficient in Wordpress development, including HTML, JavaScript, etc.⁣

– Skilled in handling sensitive information discreetly.⁣

– Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.⁣

– Initiative-driven, with a focus on process improvement and actionable recommendations.⁣

– Strong attention to detail.⁣
