Job Title: HR Professional with Expertise in Time Management

About Us: BCW Agency is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR professional who specializes in time management to support our virtual assistants. We pride ourselves on fostering a productive and efficient remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee time management practices for virtual assistants.
- Train and guide staff on the effective use of the Toggl time-tracking app.
- Develop and implement time management strategies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and analyze time-tracking reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to virtual assistants regarding time management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on time management.
- Familiarity with Toggl or similar time-tracking applications.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with virtual assistants.
- Certification in HR management or time management methodologies is a plus.
