About Us: BCW Agency is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR professional who specializes in time management to support our virtual assistants. We pride ourselves on fostering a productive and efficient remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee time management practices for virtual assistants.
  • Train and guide staff on the effective use of the Toggl time-tracking app.
  • Develop and implement time management strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze time-tracking reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to virtual assistants regarding time management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on time management.
  • Familiarity with Toggl or similar time-tracking applications.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with virtual assistants.
  • Certification in HR management or time management methodologies is a plus.
