We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Lead Follow-Up Specialist to manage incoming leads, conduct outbound follow-ups, and maintain our CRM system using Follow Up Boss.

The ideal candidate ensures that every lead is contacted promptly, properly qualified, and scheduled for the sales team—while keeping the CRM organized, accurate, and up to date.

This role combines CRM management, lead qualification, and outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Follow-Up & Calling

  • Contact new leads promptly after they enter the CRM
  • Follow up with buyer and seller inquiries
  • Conduct outbound calls to cold and inactive leads
  • Qualify leads based on interest, timeline, and readiness
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Record call notes, updates, and outcomes in the CRM

 

CRM Management 📊

  • Manage and update pipelines in Follow Up Boss
  • Maintain accurate lead records and contact details
  • Apply appropriate tags, stages, and statuses
  • Ensure all communications are properly logged
  • Track lead activity and follow-up schedules

 

Messaging & Communication 💬

  • Send follow-up SMS and email messages
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads
  • Use templates and automation for lead nurturing
  • Ensure no lead goes unanswered

 

Data Entry & Organization

  • Upload and organize lead data in the CRM
  • Maintain CRM cleanliness and accuracy
  • Update contact details and notes after interactions
  • Track follow-up timelines and assigned tasks

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Follow Up Boss
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Experience in lead qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Experience in real estate lead generation or CRM management
  • Experience working with remote or international teams
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines and appointment setting
  • Experience with SMS and email automation tools
