We are looking for a reliable and proactive Serviced Accommodation Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our short-term rental properties (Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication: Monitor all booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and respond promptly to guest messages and inquiries.
Parking Permits: Manage and organize guest parking permits to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Cleaner Coordination: Liaise with cleaning teams to schedule property turnovers, confirm completion, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Feedback Collection: Gather and review guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance guest satisfaction.
Guest Reviews: Monitor guest reviews, respond appropriately, and maintain a positive brand reputation.
Inventory Management: Track and update inventory for supplies, linens, and amenities across all properties.

 

Requirements

Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other short-term rental platforms preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools).
Positive attitude and attention to detail.
