Position Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Specialist will manage client interactions, develop strategies to increase market share, and support the CEO in various marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a creative individual with strong communication skills and a proactive business development mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and nurture leads within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Drip Campaigns & Outreach: Utilize drip campaigns involving email, text, and calls to set appointments with warm leads.
- Follow-Up Strategies: Execute mass lead follow-up via calls and texts to maximize engagement.
- Business Development Initiatives: Develop and execute campaigns and outreach strategies to attract new business and grow existing client relationships.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms by completing outreach campaigns, managing replies and inquiries, posting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Graphic Design: Create and update social media templates, flyers, and graphics to align with our brand identity.
- Communication: Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries professionally, providing exceptional support.
- Email Campaigns: Create, review, and implement effective email marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging blogs and reels to showcase our expertise and connect with our audience.
- Marketing Inbox Management: Manage our marketing inbox and connect leads with the CEO.
- Strategic Marketing Tasks: Set marketing goals, design and implement strategies aligned with business targets, analyze metrics, forecast trends, and ensure brand consistency.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, prepare reports, and support marketing strategy development.
- Team Collaboration: Work creatively with the CEO on projects to support business growth with potential to lead a larger team in the future.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills essential for effective client and colleague interactions.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Experience with CRM, email campaigns, social media management, and graphic design tools.
