As we expand our influence, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and aid us in enhancing our online presence and driving brand awareness.

Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Work with our content team to caption & post engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Executing social media strategies to increase follower engagement, reach, and conversions.
Coordinating with our Google Ads team to review their reports and make sure they have everything they need – from keyword research to ensuring budget optimization and performance tracking.
Updating our marketing planner to ensure all campaigns and activities are accurately scheduled and documented.
Crafting email newsletters to our previous and existing clients to provide updates on our portfolio, and relevant content.
Coordinating with our SEO team to review their reports and ensure they have everything they need to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
Collaborating with our creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience with marketing planning and coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing coordinating, social media management, and digital marketing.
Familiarity with popular website tools like Squarespace, social media platforms, advertising tools, and email marketing tools.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement basic optimization techniques.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hubspot Analytics) to track campaign performance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

Salary: $1500 – $2000 per month USD (depending on experience)
