The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising.
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
