Role: Pre-Sales Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

-Create and design presentation slides for client meetings, proposals, and internal use.

-Develop comprehensive business proposals tailored to client needs and project specifications.

-Draft and finalise business agreements post-sale, ensuring all details are accurate and reflect the terms agreed upon.

-Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to gather necessary information and insights for presentations and proposals.

 

Requirements:

-Proven experience in creating professional presentation slides and business proposals.

-Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise business agreements.

-Excellent organisational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Work timing: 3pm to 11pm Manila time
