Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to facilitate the planning, execution, and oversight of our diverse programs. This remote role is integral to promoting financial literacy and support within the communities we serve, ensuring alignment with GWE’s mission and objectives.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Execution
• Community Engagement
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Administrative Support
• Personal & Professional Conduct

 

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working both autonomously and in a team.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Mailchimp, and other communication and management tools.
• A BS/BA in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in program coordination or management, especially within a nonprofit environment.
• Knowledge of financial literacy and community development is advantageous.

 

Work Environment:

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

 

Schedule: Within 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
