Real Estate ISA

Kittle Real Estate Team is looking for a Real Estate ISA to help Nurture Real Estate Leads for our US Real Estate Agents to close.

Work Hours and Schedule: 40 hours/week (Weekend work is possible)

* This is a sales position

Objective:

• Convert Real Estate Buyer leads by setting face to face appointments for our Real estate agents.

Qualifications:

• Previous successful experience in the ISA Virtual Assistant (VA) role is REQUIRED.
• Tech-savvy with Skype, Zoom, Mojo (& other dialers), and Google Apps
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention-to-detail skills
• Neutral accent is a MUST
• English speaking skills is a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Assists in Nurturing Buyer Leads for Buyer Agents
• Assists in preparing and monitoring Drip campaigns
